Members of the LSO
Following the sudden and unexpected death from heart disease of Alan Wall, friend
and longtime supporter of the LSO, members of the orchestra will perform a concert
at LSO St Luke's on Sunday 27 January.
Members of the LSO will be performing a selection of music including Strauss's
Metamorphosen and a special piece in memory of Alan, written by LSO violinist, Nigel
Broadbent.
All proceeds from the concert will go to the Ronald Moore Sickness and Benevolent
Fund, which supports LSO members in need - a cause close to Alan's heart.
