Amon Tobin plays rare London gig with 3D Visual Installation
Posted on June 13th, 2011 by Lee Jarvis in Clubbing itLegendary electronic musician Amon Tobin has just released a new album, titled ISAM, and is now touring with a unique live show to support. The Ninja Tune artist debuted ISAM Live recently at the Mutek festival in Montreal, and after he hits Berlin, Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam in the course of a week, he will be landing in London on Friday to perform at the Roundhouse in Camden.
Tobin’s pioneering glitchy, trashy, mind-warping music inspired, and is perfectly fitting with, a truly stunning visual performance; a collaborative effort with V Squared Labs and LVTHN, whose previous work has featured alongside artists as prominent as 50cent, Erick Morillo, Paul Oakenfold, Korn and Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Their joint AV show is almost beyond words, which is why we have this sneak preview video to whet your appetite…

We hope this blog post has been a bit of an eye-opener into the world of music performance! And hopefully some of our Music Job members will be further inspired by the show this coming Friday, 17th June, at The Roundhouse.
Enjoy!
