Rare opportunity for talented A&R Manager to oversee and arrange the full recording process cycle. From initial scouting and artist development, you will take new music and artists to realisation through the deal process, recording sessions and mastering, whilst maintaining strong internal relationships and developing productive external music industry contacts to ensure market awareness and maintain a competitive edge. You will have excellent instincts for new music and be fully submerged in the music scene, ideally with a particular interest and appetite for adult contemporary artists. You will be a confident negotiator and have proven experience managing budgets and monitoring costs within a similar role.
