Music management company based in W2 looking for an accounts assistant for a maternity contract – 1 year. Work in a young, vibrant, relaxed atmosphere. A keen interest in music is a must as it goes hand in hand with the company. Good working hours and a flexible environment are just a couple of the perks of the job. Start date ASAP – maximum 2 weeks notice. Salary 22K.

Duties will include administrating 3 SME’s
 Purchase ledger
 Sales ledger
 Credit control
 Bank reconciliations
 Payroll (very small amount)
 Journal postings
 Stock control
 Liaising with suppliers and customers
 Credit card allocations
 Petty cash reconciliations
 Administrating loan accounts
 Sage Line 50
