The post includes liaising with concert promoters throughout the world, booking flights and obtaining visas, fixing artists, sourcing programme notes, inputting financial data and producing detailed schedules/itineraries for artists. There are opportunities to attend concerts in the UK and abroad. You would report to one or more artist managers.
Skills required: Experience in the classical music world is an advantage, as are foreign language skills. Good computer skills and attention to detail are vital. Patience, flexibility and a good sense of humour are essential, and a background or interest in classical music is desirable.
