Associate or Executive Producer (m/f) for the Artist & Repertoire Department. g.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Talent-scouting and recording-concept development

* Involved with developing company's A&R strategy

* Negotiating with artists and management

* Responsible for developing and maintaining a good working relationship between the artists (and artists' management) and the label

* Development/planning of recording/repertoire ideas, project-budget planning, and set-up

* Project Management in cooperation with other internal departments

* Involvement in release planning

Qualification & Experiences:

* Strong repertoire knowledge in all areas of classical as well as other music

* Theoretical and practical musical education and enthusiasm for classical music

* Experience in similar music-related businesses and music production

* Strong diplomatic and business skills in dealing with artists and other business partners

* Excellent written and spoken business English skills (other languages a plus)

* Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, organisational talent, good communication skills, team-player, have self-initiative
