Howdy folks, would you like to play at one of London's friendliest venues? Want to be on bills that have been put together with a bit of thought? Want to be paid all the door rather than some insulting percentage? Read on...

Plusses...influenced by Flaming Lips, Sonic Youth, Byrds, bluesy, punky, melodic, electronic, folky, Balkan, Latin, leftfield, shoegaze, ambitious. Bands with females in (never enough), bands with keyboards, bands that are different, bands that make the crowd go woo. Or bands that are so beautiful they make the crowd go ah.

We also have a couple of shows a month that are mainly dance oriented music so if any jazz, funk, trip hop electronica or similar then we may have a home for you too.


We usually attract a big walk up audience to swell any gig crowd plus we advertise and market everywhere so if bands that we book pull their weight too then we have a great atmosphere so if you cannot attract at least 25 people (and we will pay you ALL the door) to see you at a weekend and 15 during the week then please find an empty room somewhere else. And if you sound like The Kooks, Libertines, Razorlight then no offence but I cannot listen to anything else like that for my sanity's sake. Also if you are the kind of band that make's devil signs with your hands in your pictures then, well that is lovely but it is not our cuppa tea.
