An opportunity for a producer has arisen at a well established film publicity and marketing agency whose clients include The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures and Discovery Channel.
The successful candidate will produce movie promotional programmes and services including official movie press kits and podcasts.
Excellent communication skills, journalistic and interview technique a prerequisite.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, creative self starter with 1-2 years experience with audio editing software such as Pro tools plus an understanding of editorial issues and audience expectations across entertainment genres.
Experience with Mac software such as Final Cut Pro, Apple DVD Studio Pro, Photoshop and Quark a bonus.
Daily duties will include coordinating ISDN studio sessions, location sound recording, attending press junkets and premieres to interview celebrities, selecting and editing movie scenes suitable for promotional use, designing promotional materials & syndicating to UK radio/online media, writing and producing movie podcasts.
