Job Title: Charity Services Manager
Location: London, UK

Contract: 4 month contract commencing June 2nd with opportunity to extend

Reports to: Managing Director, UK
Works closely with: Director of Non-Profit Services, New York, USA

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage relationships with charity partners
• Source 4-hour service projects; determine and communicate project parameters and terms of relationships with charity partners
• Determine overall schedule of volunteer events and communicate this, and project parameters to programme staff
• Work with Programme Manager to oversee project execution to ensure partners’ needs are fulfilled
• Oversee information management of our charity partners including: Manage the database of partners: Track compliance with requirements;
• Represent our company to voluntary sector at networking and other community events.
• Supervise co-ordinators, interns and others in support of community service efforts
• Other duties as assigned

The Charity Services Manager will possess:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:
1. Experience working with a range of charity organisations and diverse communities
2. Experience in execution of community service projects
3. Experience as a volunteer or working with volunteers groups desirable
4. Experience speaking to large, diverse groups

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as internet research skills
2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
3. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and communication skills
4. Strong ability to work independently and as a member of a team
5. Be self-motivated, high-energy, and have the ability to follow through on projects
6. Be positive, enthusiastic and flexible
7. Have a love of music and sense of humour
