Cocktail bar staff required to join the team at this famous central London late night live music venue.

We are a very busy venue with 3 different high volume bars.
We are looking for customer focused livley staff with big personalities.

No anal bar geeks need apply!

You must be a fully competent cocktail bar person with a hands on approach.
Experience of working in full customer faceing cocktail bar, Dispense bar and Table service environment.

A passion for live music would be an advantage.

In addition to great drinks knowledge, an eye for detail, you must be very customer focused

The bar is open 7 nights a week (with occasional lunch openings) and has a late license.
You will be expected to work 5 shifts a week with 2 clear days off.

You must be extremely presentable and have an eye for fashion and trends in the bar business. Experience of dealing with high profile guests and giving discreet service is a must.

An excellent command of the English language and the legal right to work in the UK is a must. You must also have a UK bank account and NI number.
