Digital Content Manager – The Orchard – London, UK

The Orchard, a global leader in digital music and entertainment, seeks a full-time Content Manager to be based in our London office. This is an assistant-level position that requires frequent communication and interaction across multiple departments to ensure timely receipt, processing, and delivery of a wide variety of music and video products to our digital retail network.

Qualified candidates will have previous professional experience (ideally within the music or entertainment industry) and should be hard-working, extremely detail-oriented and thorough, and well-versed with Microsoft Excel. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high-level of familiarity with a wide variety of musical genres.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and logging new release production elements / assets
• Entering metadata for new releases
• Monitoring release schedules in tandem with assets received to ensure product street dates
• Generating weekly delivery and live status compliance reports
• Processing metadata updates, error corrections, and deletions
