An opportunity has arisen to join the busy operations department ensuring that all day to day operations are carried out efficiently and accurately. We are employed by all the major labels and independent pluggers to distribute music and music videos to the Radio and TV industry.
Job Description
Day to day operations
• Responsibility for ensuring that music videos and music tracks get distributed to broadcasters as requested by the record label or plugger.
• Liaising with record labels & pluggers.
• Liaising with broadcasters.
• Dealing with general enquiries about the service via email and telephone.
• Maintenance of internal and external systems.
• Responsibility for ensuring all admin and accounting is kept up to date.
Person Specification
Essential
• Ability to work within a team and work closely with other internal departments
• An interest and understanding of the music industry
• Good IT skills
• Ability to prioritise.
• Friendly, calm & a good communicator.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Around 18k dependent on experience
