FEMALE POP ACT to front solo recording project

We are looking for a very talented young female vocalist between 18 and 25 years of age. She must be a confident, dynamic and self-motivated individual with the ability to front a new quirky mainstream pop recording project.

The artist will need to be highly organised, efficient and possess the ability to multi-task. They must also be enthusiastic and have lots of initiative. The most suitable artist for the project will have a flexible but professional work ethic, as they will be required to work (practice and perform) independently and as part of a team in different environments (i.e. in the studio and live on stage).

Strong interpersonal skills are also a prerequisite, as the artist will be responsible for communicating with different media organisations at all levels throughout the promotion and touring of the recording project. Previous experience of recording and live performance is highly desirable, but not essential.

The songwriting and production values of this recording project sit somewhere between Katy Perry's provocative 'I Kissed A Girl' and the melancholy ballads of Britney Spears' 'Everytime' and Linda Perry's heartfelt classic 'Beautiful' (performed by Christina Aguilera). We are looking for an artist that would like to be nurtured and developed in a management and production deal with our company, and become the front woman of a credible pop recording project that aims to have widespread commercial / crossover appeal.

This project is the ideal opportunity for an aspiring recording / performing artist and music industry professional with an open mind and ultimately - a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
