You will have to be a British Passport holder or a Commonwealth citizen, be fit and healthy and willing to undergo the equitation course, enabling you to perform on horseback for State Occasions such as The Trooping of The Colour. (No previous riding experience is necessary) If riding a horse is not suited to you, we have many career opportunities in other Bands of the Army.

Standard required: from grade 8 to Graduate and beyond.

Musical work is very varied, from symphonic band to orchestral work in Buckingham Palace.
