The Institute is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the student body and welcome visitors to the school. As a first point of contact the holder will be expected to handle and direct a wide range of enquiries. In addition the holder will also offer facilities support to the student body in tasks such as making shop sales and booking private lessons, rehearsals, hire equipment and the studio.

Principal responsibilities will include being a first point of contact for all student enquiries, welcoming guests, booking a range of the Institutes of facilities for students’ use, completing sales from the small school shop and assisting the Facilities team in maintaining a professional environment within the school.

The successful applicant will work closely with members of the Facilities, Admissions, and Academic and Administrative teams. As such they will be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to handle a range of tasks at once. This role includes significant levels of direct student contact. The successful applicant will possess drive and initiative and will be disciplined and organised in their approach to their duties. They will be polite and friendly with a positive personal disposition and an eagerness to help.
