The Academy is one of the UK's leading drama schools and is looking for a dynamic individual to lead its fast paced Development department.
You will have a proven track record in fundraising at a senior level and experience in developing communications strategies.
You will be a powerful communicator with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor the team. Furthermore, you will have excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
