This vacancy was posted on 10/03/10 Our client are a leading record company and are looking for a knowledgable and proactive candidate to join their Marketing and Promotions team.
This role works closely with Product Development, Catalogue and the A&R team to understand and develop the details of the rolling (12 month) release plan and ensure the timely communication and delivery of the plan and all associated marketing & pr collateral required by the markets for sales & marketing purposes.
The role involves working on implementation, market reviews and building in processes to roll out the catalogue and related collateral.
• Work closely with the rest of the central marketing team to develop tools and processes and shares them with markets for execution of marketing plans.
• Managing relevant communication channels and implementing demand driven marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing applications
• Act as key between the markets and the central marketing team.
• Devise yearly release plan for market sector and factoring in product delivery and marketing collateral
• Ability to identify priorities in catalogue and devise and implement suitable processes to ensure successful roll out in the market.
• Research and share reports on best practise in pr and promotion
• Measure – campaign assessments for key priorities
• Confidence with managing budgets
We are looking for a first rate candidate with:
Knowledge of classical music and artists.
Experience within a Marketing role.
Strong organisation and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
