Work experience or intern schemes have always been a successful route to bringing talent into the Company. Traditionally, interns in the Company work on an unpaid basis to gain some entry-level experience in the Music and Entertainment Industry. The Academy consists of 4 schemes which run along side each other: 1. Scholarship – collaborative relationship with Music 4 Good/Livity – 2 candidates on a 9 month basis 2. University affiliated interns – we are working together with various universities to introduce interns to practical experience which compliments their studies – part-time throughout the academic year 3. Sandwich/placement year – potentially better suited to the support functions, in particular, Finance and IT where industry placements are part of the degree course 4. Ad hoc – placements of up to 3 month duration to offer candidates a practical insight into the music and entertainment business
Job requirements will vary. However, we do encourage those to apply who are prepared to work hard, have good IT skills, strong interpersonal and team skills and an enthusiasm for music.
