Keyboard Player or synth guitar needed for pro Rock-Pop-Soul project in South East London

Our 11 track album 'Smiling in My Living Room' is completed and we are now performing in London, UK and France to promote the whole package.
The band went finalist at the Rising Star 2009 in London last month - 10 finalists out of 10 000 entries worldwide. We may have won but did not attend the final due to various - not interesting - stuff.

We will meet people from the music industry in Paris in November, in view of organising tours in Europe in 2010.

We are looking for an experienced and excellent guitar player - accustic and electric - (and a keyboard player) to join the band. All band members are top guys/girls.

You must be local to south East London so as to attend rehearsals once or twice a week without difficulties. Our rehearsal sapce is in Forst Hill (near Camberwell, Dulwich, greenwich, Crystal Palace, Croydon...)

You must be pleasant to work with and have a straight forward attitude.

You must be able to commit to this project which is receiving high interest since its creation in May 2009.

You must be made aware that there will be mostly unpaid showcases while the fan base is being built and gigs paid mostly based on a % of entries - even though there also are paid gigs but it aint much £ for now. (ie. we are playing at a well paid private viewing in Paris in November and have several offers to play in Europe at good fee).

You should have your own transport and of course you must have your own, excellent equipment.

You will need to have and use good effect pedals so as to replicate the sounds on the albums.

You must accept to replicate the album's guitar parts to start with rather than 'playing your own stuff'. No offense, but this is a Pop-Rock project with specific recorded material.

Only pro level players need to apply please.

The agency does not take any fees on this band -labour of love!
