We are an independent label based in London. We are currently working with a singer songwriter who has recently signed a new publishing deal and has been doing an extensive number of live radio sessions and interviews around the UK and Ireland. We are looking for some one who is either currently managing other artists or feels a real passion to work with and represent artists, and is looking for that opportunity. I think it is important that there is a real connection musically. Although you will be working in association with us, you will in effect have complete freedom to work as you wish. An outline of what we believe a manager should be doing is building up target audience awareness, having an effective on line, live and music syncronisation strategy, plus dealing with and developing contacts in radio and press.
