In the increasingly competitive time for independent labels we as a small but resilient company require a multiskilled employee who can straddle the discipline of Label Manager, A&R, and Artist Management.
As well as the usual A&R skills in contractual negotiations and artist management, rights management, and the technical disciplines of digital delivery and physical production we require an employee with the following experience to help us develop in the following areas.
Growth of our distribution in smaller territories, particularly in Europe.
Maximizing sales in major territories through independent networks,
Coordinating with independent press agencies internationally.
Promoting new acts through live performance.
Tour management of new acts within Europe and here in the UK.
Knowledge of Digital campaigns.
Experience of royalty accounting systems.
As well as these skills we require a deep knowledge and enthusiasm of the music genres we cover as an eclectic label group
