Live in Manager position at award winning music venue

Manager required for an award winning music pub in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Live in position 2 bed flat above venue, good rate of pay plus target incentive bonuses. Must love live music as we have bands every night of the week. A good understanding of food is a plus. The existing team at the venue including promoters, bar staff, cook, security, cleaners have all been key to its success and the successful applicant must be prepared to lead from the front and have a personality to fit in with the existing hard working team. Must have a personal licence and experience with cash sheets, wages, staff rotas, stock control, ordering, health and safety etc. Please supply a CV and References
