We are organised into five divisions:

Agency
Nurturing and representing young urban talent, with specialist skills and knowledge in urban, gospel, R&B, Pop, Pop/Rock, Jazz, Blue’s and Soul singers and singer/dancers.

Management
Our Management formed Citizen K, Urban Gospel group three years ago. Since its conception we have taken the group from obscurity to performing with high profile clients including the Spice Girls, BMG Records, EMI Records, MOBO Awards and the BBC.

Studio
The newly refurbished studios are well suited for artist development, classes, dance, rehearsals and music and are available for hire, seven days per week.

Arts
We provide classes in relaxation and wellbeing, body conditioning, dance, martial arts, and high quality music, theatre and dance training for students to foster advancement, achievements, and creativity.
Performing Arts School

We provide an exciting range of accredited performing arts courses through its suite of College based programmes.

Job Description

This fast moving Arts and Entertainment Company has a fantastic opportunity for an accurate and well-organised Marketing & Business Development Manager to grow and develop with the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing and Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the development of our company.

The company is developing and growing and is four and a half years old, and is in need of a dedicated, creative, and motivating individual to manage the studio marketing and business development. If you are down to earth - dedicated and interested in communication - marketing and general business development this Internship may develop into a full-time permanent position. We offer a good work environment - room for growth and profit share for the right person.

The Marketing and Business Manager possesses strong analytical skills and will work with our product - marketing and partners to support cross media marketing campaigns with business results. The Analyst will use statistical tools and data analysis for managing and reporting all marketing results.

You will have the ability to work in a small team, unsupervised, be well organised and methodical in looking after the client's account. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to express oneself clearly have a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to new customer acquisition and business development strategies
• Assist in assuring that Web, E-mail, E-commerce, Media and Direct Marketing systems are set-up to effectively track marketing campaigns for back-end analysis and reporting.
• Responsible for the collection of report for marketing reports.
• Responsible for the marketing and PR and ad-hoc marketing reports.
• Analyse effectiveness of web-based communications
• Responsible for the design and analysis of marketing tests as well as summary/findings of those test results
• Monitor and present current business performance including Development and maintenance of customer and market information
• Make recommendations for marketing strategy supported by learning from marketing analysis activities.
• Manage and/or performs customer and market research as necessary
Candidate Requirements:
• Marketing Communication student
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Project management skills a plus but not essential.
• High level of analytic skills.
• Relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Marketing financial analytic skills
Marketing, advertising, online or e-commerce marketing experience a plus but not essential.
