We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing professional to join their expanding community fundraising team. You will have a track record of developing inspiring supporter or customer led communications, and a proven ability to deliver challenging customer acquisition targets within tight budgets.

You will use your passion and insight to develop online, offline and word of mouth marketing and communications strategies that recruit, retain and grow the value of our community fundraising volunteers.

The post holder will initially work on our month long music festival made-up of thousands of volunteer-led fundraising events nationwide. In the coming months the role will expand to include other community fundraising products as they are developed in line with Oxfam’s new community fundraising strategy.
