Who are we?

We are an established specialist supplier of online music, playback, broadcast and AV systems to the bereavement industry. With an established record of success to date, we are going through a period of planned expansion and growth into exciting new markets. We are now seeking to recruit bright and enthusiastic individuals to join a dedicated team based in our Client Liaison Department.

Who are we looking for?

Our day to day work is a real team effort and we rely on each other to come up with the right result. A confident phone manner is essential and you will need to demonstrate a very high level of customer service.

Excellent computer skills and an eye for detail, together with a wide musical knowledge, will be expected. A good understanding of classical music would be preferred, but most importantly you will have a passion for music, a high level of personal organisational skills and be highly motivated.
