Music Editor

We are looking for an experienced music editor to join its small editorial and production team.

The successful applicant will be educated to degree level, and have a strong working knowledge of music notation in all forms, from orchestral and chorals scores & parts to pop music arrangements.

A sound grasp of music theory and harmony is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to organise projects and manage deadlines, budgets and suppliers.

A high degree of computer literacy is essential, and it is likely that the appointee will have a strong working knowledge of the following applications:

MS Office (Word and Excel)
Sibelius
Coda Finale
Quark Xpress

Knowledge of audio & midi music production would be a distinct advantage.
