We are looking for a talented all rounder who will be responsible for administrating our workforce development programme MusicLeader - a Youth Music funded support service that provides tailored professional guidance for music leaders at all stages of their career. The MusicLeader programme is delivered through a network of regional hubs which are supported by the online web resource www.MusicLeader.net.

In this role you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the programme, maintaining the website and providing administrative support to the MusicLeader Principal Officer. You will be an excellent administrator, with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Experience of working as a grants officer is desirable. Familiarity with maintaining websites and knowledge of the music education sector will also be a distinct advantage!

This role is based in our office in London, SE1. Youth Music also offers a generous 8% pension contribution and a supportive working environment.
