We are the UK's foremost new media development project. We creating the largest national network of media operatives to drive the site to a whole new level. We're recreating it, redesigning it and WILL make it the most popular specialist BME multimedia news and entertainment website in the country.

That means we'll be adding audio channels, video streaming and music downloads in addition to the traditional print or read editorial content.

We're looking for people who for one reason or another have always fancied working in the media but never found the right opportunity.

If you live in the Brighton/Hove area then we want you. Experienced or not, we'll throw you in at the deep end, but we'll help you to help us make the site float and float well.

You'll join our project and enjoy hands-on training and guidance. We'll show you how best to develop existing talents and utilise or adapt your skills for working in the media.

We offer workshops, advice and guidance on tap and the opportunity to work officially as a reporter, video-journalist, sports reporter, music writer, film or theater reviewer...and the list goes on. Plus there's training to interview, write articles that make sense and sourcing stories. We'll also show you how to blag FREE stuff, get press passes and access, and all the other fun stuff.
