Working in a split role as an Office Administrator you will either be free to work Monday-Friday 8am - 1.15pm or 12.45pm - 6pm. Based on reception you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and answering phones, responsible for supporting the office manager in the provision, maintenance and day to day working of all ICT provisions, providing support to all Departments, support the Office Manager in maintaining the smooth running of the office and to provide a meeting and refreshment service. You will also provide support in relation to HR, undertake administrative projects on behalf of the office manager, represent the fund at events and provide clear communication within the team. It is an involved role and one that requires a high level of excellent customer service.
The ideal candidates for this role will have proven experience within office administration. You will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. Keeping calm in a pressurised environment is a must. You will be IT literate on MS Office and you ideally will have used CRM system.
