We are looking to fill this role IMMEDIATELY! The pay is circa. £400 pw (£20k pa) depending on experience. The intial contract is for three months.
We are an events company in Central London, EC1.
We are looking for a part-time office assistant to help with general office management and various aspects of our event management and promotion.
Would suit:
Someone who lives reasonably locally to EC1 because of the late night aspect.
Someone who has an interest in fashion (more Vice magazine than Vogue) and new music.
You will be mainly concentrating on a new night we have running.
Key Tasks
General office administration and organisation.
Dealing with post, emails & telephone calls.
Invoicing.
Booking venues.
Booking event staff.
Arranging event promotion – printing, emails, website and social network site updates.
General Marketing.
Organising ticket sales and guest lists.
Organising event equipment and costumes.
Equipment logs and inventories.
Your Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Strong customer service skills
Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team
Technical Skills (necessary)
Knowledge of MS Office packages
Good written and verbal skills
Good familiarity with facebook and Myspace Skills
Hours: 5 days a week. This MAY include some weekend evenings.
