We are a Broker/Manufacturer looking for an hard working, intelligent, computer literate worker to join our busy CD, DVD, & Vinyl Production team.

Main responsibilities: Answering customer calls, dealing with new enquiries, and assisting with the production of Quotes using our bespoke accounts software.
You will also be a vital link between our Accounts, Production, Artworkers, Sales personnel & Directors.

Good communication skills.... ie a very good phone manner, is key to this position.

Product knowledge would be a desirable. However, full training & supervision will be given, so an ability to work hard & learn quickly is a distinct advantage.
