We are a Professional Artist Management Company and we are seeking a part time management assistant for a few hours a week in West London.

You must be highly organised with a professional 'go-getter' attitude, have excellent manners and protocol and obviously computer literacy and internet research skills are required.

You must be based in London.
NB: sorry there is No Debate on the location,
so please dont message us saying you are thinking of moving to London . . .

We are looking for a smart,proactive, self-motivated person to work for us on a flexible basis for the forseeable future.

Duties will include all or some of the following :

1. e mailing information to contacts at major record labels and publishing companies and following up professionally by e mail and phone.

2. Helping to organise live/gigs for our artist/band

3. Helping liaise with i Tunes, Record Labels and publishers.

4. Liaison with the Press/Music Press.

5. Obviously you must be aware of digital, be familiar with Myspace and know how to maximise online social networking within music.

A full clean driving license is absolutely vital and preferably your own transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young band manager / student / graduate to gain invaluable experience and contacts within the industry. We are seriously connected ; so if you're good - your forward references just went off the meter and your phonebook, will be . . . priceless.

This is an opportunity to be 'mentored' rather than 'trained.' But we dont want someone who needs to be chased up on a task ...

The people you will meet, the experience you will gain (not to mention reference for your resume) is better than any other internship in London.
