We are the biggest brand in UK Commercial Radio and we're looking for an experienced individual with creativity, passion, energy and focus to help lead the programming team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

Effective communication and coaching skills in order to help manage and develop the on-air talent.

Excellent leadership and confidence. You will need to be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and still maintain attention to detail.

Flair and creativity in developing great on-air content for listeners and world class S&P solutions for clients.

A proven track record in the UK radio industry.
