We are looking for a Senior Creative Manager to devise and implement strategies to promote our current and back catalogue to all music users, including film, TV, advertising, games, online and mobile. A more traditional A&R role is also needed, encompassing writer development, deal-shopping and song-plugging. The ideal candidate will have excellent industry contacts gained from at least five years experience in a similar role, an independent outlook and an entrepreneurial eye.

With offices in the UK and the US, as well as a network of independent sub-publishers, we have been an independent publisher for 45 years, representing works by Bob Marley, Manu Chao, U2, Free, Justice, Kano and many others, and it is still very active in acquiring new writers and catalogues.
