We are looking for a Show Accountant, whose principal duties relate to the preparation of reports relating show income and expenditure for incorporation into the monthly management accounts, and the reconciliation of certain key show related balance sheet codes.

The successful candidate should have substantial experience in a finance role, AAT qualified or similar (or studying towards), or have excellent work experience. An ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure is essential. The successful candidate must be able to deal with staff effectively across all departments within the theatre, and companies with whom the theatre collaborates, demonstrating successful dealings with non-financial people.

The successful candidate must have excellent excel skills, and familiarity with major accounting packages. Experience of SUN accounts would be an advantage. Previous experience of work within an arts organisation is desirable.
