GET ME IN! is now recruiting for a Swedish Speaking Customer Services Representative.

The Swedish Speaking Customer Services Representative will be responsible for assisting both Swedish and English speaking customers by answering customer phone and email enquiries, assisting customers when placing orders on the phone, managing existing customer's accounts,troubleshooting and problem solving as needed, working with customers to ensure timely delivery of tickets.

To be successful in this role you will need to be fluent speaking and writing both Swedish and English and have previous experience in a customer support or telephone sales role. You will need to have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in the entertainment and ticketing industries; excellent communication skills, initiative, and problem solving skills.
