We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for urban / youth music and a talent for promoting, event admin and organising to join our high-growth London urban youth music company. This is an entry position, with the possibility of a part-time paid post, full training will be provided if required, but you must be confident, able to communicate with London's urban youth, reliable, well-organised and have lots of initiative.

This is a full-time, permanent post, and you will be based in our central Lewisham office and hours are 10am - 6pm, 5 days per week, some Saturday work required.

You will meet and greet visitors and young people, manage the day-to-day running of the office, market and promote the company to young people, funders and the local community, help administer, monitor and evaluate projects, organise and manage events and support our community record label. You will be working as part of a close-knit team of music and media industry professionals.

Qualifications and experience not essential; passionate interest in music, marketing and PR is. Also required is a willingness to learn; outgoing personality and the confidence to communicate to young people; knowledge of urban music eg UKG and Grime.

Full training will be given and accreditation offered if necessary. All staff must be CRB-checked or willing to undergo a check (we can arrange this). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing music and media company during a period of high growth.
