Hi,

I am a final year student studying at the royal welsh college of music, and am looking for some work experience within the music industry (uk). Ideally, I would love to do some work within a record label in the a&r or artist promotions department. But in the real world, I am actually open to anything, as long as it is music related.

It only has to be for one to two weeks, and I am not expecting anything paid. I don't have long to organise this as the placement counts towards my university course and has to be done by a certain date. I have tried many of the big companies already, but as expected, I have not heard anything back. If you or your company would like some extra help or would like to offer me some work experience, that would be fantastic. I can send you more information about myself and my experience and c.v. etc if need be.

Working for a label is what I hope to do when finishing uni in 7 months, so any experience would be valuable. Again though, I am also happy to do a placement in another field, if somebody is interested in helping me out.
