'Kiddy-Fiddler on the Roof', a musical satire, debuted in February 2007 at the Moser Theatre, Oxford. This August The Bad Taste Ideas Factory is taking it to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with a professional cast, and we are looking for band members to complete the company. We need people who can play:
Violin
Flute
Oboe
Electric bass
Keys
Trumpet
Trombone
Drums
The music is of different styles, but it's fun and not difficult to play (about grade 6/7 standard). You can see a review of the show in its first run here:

We would be rehearsing in the south for a few sessions in the later half of July, before going up to Edinburgh a few days before the beginning of the run. It's also our intention to build up a repertoire of music that the band can perform at gigs around the Fringe, either in promotion of the show, or just for fun.
We can provide subsidised accommodation for those who need it. This is a great opportunity for those who want to take part at the Fringe and meet thousands of other performers convening for the Festival. You'll also have the fun of working for a large company (about 25). As we are playing at a large, central venue, you will be able to see many shows for free as a performer.
The show will run for the entirety of the Fringe (31 July - 25 August).
Please get in touch for more information.
