BAND

Backline musicians wanted to complete line up for a Female fronted commercial Pop/Rock band with Label/ Management company interest.

Initially looking for female musicians but will consider applications from guys… so please get in contact.

Drums
(Song writing skills and BV’s would be a bonus….)

Requirements:

 You must be between 20-30 years old.
 You must be professionally trained or have various live and recorded experience.
 Be able to pick things up quickly and transpose.
 Live in London or Herts only.
 Good attitude and commitment - No Divas please!
 Be prepared to rehearse some evenings and weekends only (In London & Herts).
 And most of all be ready to rock and roll!!!!

The Deal…

Ok basically I am a singer with lots of experience (Bands, Session work etc) and have interest from a management and record label in forming a guitar band.
I have been given the opportunity to get a band together to get out there and gig and showcase to potential bigger labels and management (and have fun whist doing something cool….)
The Management Company I have on board have agreed to pay for demos, photos and rehearsal space and will assist with the management along with the band.
The band can basically go about this the way we would like but be prepared to take some input from the management company – who will not be profiting from this at all in the early stages…
Any takings from gigs will be split evenly between the band.

Some material is available but would ideally like to work on new original stuff and maybe the odd cover.

With a bit more edge… but open to creating a more individual sound – all depends on the musicians.
But basically wanna make FRICKING GOOD MUSIC – That loads of people will wanna listen to!
Aiming for a varied audience.
Looking to gig on the London Circuit as well as in the Home Counties and anywhere decent.
