I'm a musician and singer/songwriter with a publishing deal. I'm starting to get regular briefs in for songs/music wanted for adverts etc, but the problem is I don't have a studio in which to record a finished product... only facilities to record piano/vocals.

Some of these briefs are offering £20,000, and some £90,000. I'm looking for someone who is local to me (Hertfordshire) and interested in collaborating for a cut if a track is successfully chosen. Either that, or is willing to produce a track to spec in a small time scale and for a reasonable fee.

You dont need anyone local for recording these days and in fact I recommend that you consider the option of recording remotely solely for the ability of using some of the best talent available for your particular needs. I am in a similar situation in that Im recording my vocals , bass and 6 string guitar and occasionally keys but Im using other musicians nationwide here in the US to complete the music as " I hear it ". You definitely have a great deal of talent both in your composition and vocals. Really excellent harmonies ! If I was helping you with production I would ask you to look inside of yourself and bring out Christina Aguilera instead of Doris Day. In your songwriting as well as your vocals. I know that you have a style but in order to sell more worldwide I would ask you to search for more of that feel from yourself. Dont lose who YOU are just find a " nastier " you for a few songs. I am a successful producer/engineer and own a studio based in the midlands called Inspire Recording Studio. Just been listening to your music you already have recorded on MySpace, great songs!
I can offer you a number of things.
Once you head north, studio rates are much cheaper than south. Are current deal is £85.00 for a whole day session, reduced from £170.00.
We use very high quality equipment and have a range of session musicians available.
I am grade 8 drums and would happily session on your tracks, we get great live drum sounds which would defiantly complement your tracks.
