We need a nice person for our three bedroom maisonette in Bethnal Green. Rent includes fast wireless broadband, TV licence and water rates.

The room is a small furnished double. It has a double bed (obviously), wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus additional external storage cupboard, is south facing over our garden, and is lovely and light, especially in the summer. The house itself has a large living room downstairs leading off the kitchen, downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs with another toilet, w/bath and electric shower. The best part of the house is the lovely back garden which is great for barbecues in the summer.

There are two of us here already; a 27 year old female producer/engineer, and a 25 year old guy from Poland who works in IT.

We are looking for a nice, clean, friendly and reliable person to move in and become part of the flat. A music lover would be a plus!
