Hi, just looking to see if anyone has any info on writen agrements/contracts for a session musician when getting jobs.

I'm in a band who are messing me around so it's time to issue them with an agreement/contract every time i do a sesion for them.

I have writen up a basic agreement form, but would like to see another example of such a document. Do you have to get a lawyer involved or will a personaly writen thing be good enough should they not pay and i have to take them to court over pay?

I hope this has got my point across, any help will be greatfully apreciated.

If you are a member of the Musicians Union they have contracts for this on their website that you can download and use
