The 'Sing Live!' Course:

Have you always wanted to sing solo?
Do you want to create a professional performance?
Do you want to get the best from your microphone technique?

On the Sing Live! course you’ll learn about:

how to warm-up effectively
solo singing with a backing track and PA system
microphone technique and good posture
using foldbacks to monitor your performance
how to create a good visual performance

This is a performance masterclass for singers of all abilities and backgrounds who wish to improve their solo performance. Each student will be given the opportunity to sing solo with a backing track, and then receive tutor and groups feedback on how they can improve their performance.

Students may choose a song from a variety of genres or bring their own song to sing. Everyone will be given the chance to perform the song using a full PA system. There will also be sessions on ‘microphone technique’, ‘vocal care’ and ‘successful warm-ups’.

This fun course is really popular so early booking is advised!

Cost: £25.00 per person (advanced bookings only—booking closes on Fri 9th Oct 09). Tickets are non-refundable.

Level: beginners to intermediate – open to people over the age of 18
