Hi, I have just signed up and read a blog artical with tips to help improve my profile. One suggestion was to upload a CV but I dont really see the point as it has the same information on as the profile page.
If I upload my CV am I not just repeating the same information twice? Is there something I am missing? I assumed that every time I apply for a job the client can access my profile so I'm confused as to why they would need my CV as well.
Does it not just look less professional because I am repeating the same information in two different formats?
If any-one could explain this to me I would appreciate it
