This vacancy was posted on 10/02/10 Required for April 2010 (negotiable start in September 2010 is possible for the right candidate) a well-qualified and enthusiastic Head of Piano within the Music School.
This post offers the opportunity to teach piano to post grade 8 as well as some academic music up to A2.
A full time member of staff, the Head of Piano has responsibility for seven visiting music teachers, teaches primarily individual lessons, runs some chamber groups and works closely with the other full time staff with the many ensembles that rehearse and perform on a weekly basis.
Accommodation will be available for the suitable candidate and full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential.
