Maurizio Rossi is an experienced drummer and drum teacher, and he has been playing drums for 16 years.
Maurizio studied at the Drummer's Collective in New York City in 1997 with teachers such as Fread Klatz,Kim Plainfield, Pete Zeldman, Sandy Gennaro and Bobby Sanabria. He has graduate from ACM Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford BA(Hons) Drum Degree, and studying with names such as Mike Sturgis and Pete Riley.


His musical experience includes playing with Hard Rock band in the early works. In March 2000, he joins a Metal band signed to an Independent Label “Music City Limited” London.
His versatile playing has enabled him to have performed and recorded with major Psychedelic Rock British act under the name of “Dream Machine” featuring ex-members of Ozric Tentacles names such as John Egan, Seaweed, and Joie Hinton. The Album ‘Trilogia’ recorded by Dream Machine in 2005, scored an amazing review on one of the best Rock Music Magazine “Classic Rock” with 7 out 10, in February 2006.


Maurizio has over 6 years teaching experience at place such as British Academy of New Music ‘Access to Music’, South End Music School, and Charles Darwin School, while maintaining a busy private drum lesson schedule.
