ANDREY PIRYEVEC - Percussionist, Drummer, Multi instrumentalist, Composer.

Grown up in a musical family, his father was a bass player for many years. Andrey started with the classical guitar lesson at the age of seven. After four years of classical guitar in Trieste (Italy), he quit and started learning drums, what was his real passion, since an early age. He played like a drummer, percussionist and guitarist in several bands, projects and recording sessions in Slovenia of very different musical styles.
In 2005 he started learning Afro-Cuban percussion. He had private lessons with some of the greatest percussionists from Slovenia.
From September 2006 is living and regularly performing in the London area.
In June 2009 he graduated at the London College of Music (Thames Valley University–Drumtech), where he was studying with acclaimed drum tutor Darryn Farrugia and Pete Cater. He also attended private lessons for tuned percussion with Jeremy Cornes (LSO-London Symphony Orchestra and LPO-London Philharmonic Orchestra) and for Latin percussion with the great Brazilian percussionist Bosco DeOliveira.
He was a regular member of the LCM Big Band (London Colege Of Music Big Band) where he was playing Latin Percussion and drums.
Currently he is performing and recording with several bands and artists based in London and Slovenia, and he is playing like a session drummer for Tech Music Schools.
