About Me

Janos Agocsi is a Hungarian born classical guitarist and composer, living in London since 1994. After his studies at Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest he continued his career as concert guitarist, composer, university lecturer and director of international music productions in Munich, Germany. He played at numerous international music festivals as well as in major classical concert halls in Europe and America.
He has also won international reputation with his band EOS. He toured major Jazz Festivals with this formation, and with his latest project RUAH. He is internationally known from TV, Radio and Film Productions, including Young Indiana Jones (George Lucas Prod.), Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean), Björk and Marc Almond. He is also producer, arranger and guitar tutor.
