I am a singer/songwriter and have been performing and recording for 10 years. Have dancing experience through training and performence. I also have a small amount of acting experience and am capable and confident in front of a camera and in a recording studio. Have knowledge of working in a studio and in using popular music programs such as Reason, Pro Tools and Logic Pro. I am a versatile singer and can sing on many different styles of music. I also have my own car and don't mind travelling with my job.

2007- Backing vocalist for Afro-beat band, tyavelling UK, Europe and Asia.Working as session singer for songwriters. Was involved in admin and mentoring roles as well. This while also continuing to write, record and perform material I have writen.
2006 - Backing vocals, session work and background for film and television. Continued to work as a nursery assistant.
2005- Backing and lead for a funk band performing covers in and around London. I also started to work for an education agency and worked as a nursery assistant for children aged between 6 months - 5 years.
I also continued to work as a session singer.
2004 - This year I concetrated on finishing my demo, photos and biog. I started to promote myself through gigs and radio performances.
2003 - Having completed my course at the Midi Music Company, I went on to volunteer for the company while promoting myself as an artist. I had alot of performances and started working with dancers. I won a competition for unsigned artists through Kiss fm and supported Lisa Maffia and Jamison at Scala in Kings Cross.
2002 - Started a course with the Midi Music Company and really started to develop myself as a solo artist. Through this course I became more focused on my songwriting and performance techniques.
2001 - This was the year I did the girl band thing. We almost got signed but the group disintergrated over time due to lack of dedication from one band member and change of musical direction that I was not happy with. Also worked as steward and in a bar part time to support myself.
2000 - I attended many auditions in this year. Whilst also working in a bar and kitchen. I organised some open mic nights for this bar and had my first experience of event management and promotion.
1999 - Completed a music business course and spent time contemplating my future. I performed for the first time as a soloist singing my own songs.
1998 - My first introduction into music production and songwriting at a course at WAC. This is the moment I decided that I wanted to sing and perform as a career and it was here that wrote my first song. At this time I was also doing admin/data entry for Adecco Alfred Marks.
1997 - The year that I left school, I started a Btech National at Kings College in performing arts but left after the first term, as I wanted more practical experience. I also worked in a sports shop as a sales assistant.
Though out this time, I have always continued to develop myself as an artist, working with producers, songwriting and performing my own original songs.

Member of Musician's Union and was also a student at The Midi Music Company, studying music performance, business, production and songwriting.

1992-1997 Completed secondary education at Hamstead School.
Started a BTEC National at Kings College in performing arts but left after first year to gain more practical experience.

Pro Tools studio set up at home. Microphone, keyboard and acoustic guitar for recording.

I am an enthusiastic, motivated and disciplined person. I learn new skills quickly, I'm versitile and not afraid to get stuck in and take direction.
I am physiaclly fit, due to dance, running and swimming and have nothing but a love and passion for music.
